Privacy policy
The short version. This website has no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. The only personal information we collect is what you type into the request-access form, and we use it only to reply to you. We don't sell it or share it for marketing.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the website at alpaesia.com ("the site"), run by Alpaesia ("we", "us"). It does not cover the Alpaesia product itself. Data handled inside the product for our customers is governed by our agreements with those customers.
What we collect
When you request access. The form asks for your name, work email, company, and how many conversations you have a month. Role, the CRM you use, and a note are optional. We receive exactly what you enter.
When you visit. Like any website, the servers that deliver the site process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested and when. We don't use this to identify you or build a profile of you.
We don't use cookies, local storage, analytics tools, advertising pixels or session recording on this site.
How we use it
- To read your request and reply to you by email.
- To decide whether and how to set up Alpaesia for your team.
- To keep the site running and secure, for example to investigate abuse of the form.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Services that handle it for us
We use a small number of providers to run the site. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:
- Vercel hosts the site and runs the form. It processes request logs, including IP addresses.
- Resend delivers your form submission to our inbox as an email.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, and jsDelivr serves an animation library. Your browser downloads these files directly, so these services see your IP address and browser details.
Some of these providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep access requests for as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage any relationship that follows. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time. Hosting logs are kept by Vercel under its own retention settings.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, including California and the European Economic Area, you may have further rights under local law. We won't treat you differently for using them. Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, and the credentials used to send form emails are stored encrypted and never reach your browser. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Children
The site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
