AI-native operating system By invitation

The operating system for the real estate deal cycle.

Alpaesia runs the path from first contact to closed on a pipeline your team defines, with your property inventory, customer support, and voice agents beside your sales team. It qualifies buyers and sellers, books a viewing or a call, and follows up on its own so no one goes cold.

Invite-only. For agencies, brokerages, developers, and buying companies that sell, buy, or both.

Illustrative pipeline. The stages are an example your team can replace. Names are examples, not customers.

Where deals are lost

Deals aren't lost at the closing table. They're lost when the first conversation waits, the wrong person is on the call, or follow-up stops.

The first real conversation wins

Buyers and sellers commit to whoever reaches them and listens. A lead left until tomorrow has usually already had that conversation with someone else.

The call should match the deal

Some conversations belong with your sales team. Some can run with an AI agent. You choose, for each stage and for each call.

Follow-up stops, and the lead goes cold

What they said, what they're looking for, and when they asked to be called back disappear if nobody picks the thread back up. A missed viewing does the same if nobody notices.

The platform

One system for the deal. Voice is one part of it.

A pipeline you define, inventory, customer support, automatic follow-up, and the voice agents your sales team uses. Same deal, same record, your script, your phone numbers, and your CRM.

Your pipeline, your stages

Teams define the stages and the flow. Every deal lands with an owner. A person or an AI agent can handle any stage or any call. Leads that aren't a fit can leave whenever you say so. The stages above are an example.

Real estate inventory

Keep the properties and listings your team is working in the same system as the deals. Open the asset and the conversation is beside it.

Customer support

A receptionist agent answers inbound calls day or night, matches the caller to the lead, and rings the person who owns the deal. A team ring-all line can ring everyone until someone picks up. Texts stay consent-gated, with the log on the deal.

Qualify either side, then book

Qualify the buyer or the seller. Capture what they said and what they're looking for, then schedule a property viewing, a visit, or an acquisition call.

Transfer rules you write

Set the sentiment triggers. When a buyer or seller sounds ready to commit, gets frustrated, or names a price, the call can move to a person. You can still listen in and take over.

Follow-up that doesn't wait

Alpaesia remembers what they said, what they're looking for, and when they asked to be called back. It follows up by call or SMS, with consent and inside calling windows. A missed viewing, visit, or call gets a reach-out to reschedule. Pause or resume any one client.

Analytics for the desk

The opportunity funnel, appointments, contracts signed, and deal value. Per person: deal value and hourly call volume. The figures stay in your workspace.

A coaching loop, with a person in charge

Each evening Alpaesia reviews the day's calls and proposes specific script changes. Reps can suggest changes too. An admin approves what ships. Every approved change is stored separately, so you can remove one without touching the rest of the script.

Pipeline

Your pipeline. Your stages.

You define the stages and the flow. A buyer or a seller can enter where you allow. Leads arrive from Salesforce, a web form or webhook, or a CSV upload, and each one lands with an owner.

  1. 01

Qualify the buyer or the seller

Your team or an AI agent

Confirm who they are and what they want. A buyer looking for a home, or a seller ready to talk. Capture what they said, and hand a hot conversation to a person live.

  2. 02

Book a viewing or a call

Your team or an AI agent

Schedule a property viewing, a visit, or an acquisition call. The booking lands on the shared calendar and on the deal.

  3. 03

    Choose who handles it

A person, an AI agent, or both

Assign a stage to your sales team or to an AI agent. A person can open the call and hand it across. Take over at any time, and hand it back.

  4. 04

    Set the transfer rules

    You write the triggers

When a buyer or seller sounds ready to commit, gets frustrated, or mentions a price, the call can move to a person. Live supervision still applies. These are examples. The rules are yours.

Follow-up

Follow-up that doesn't wait.

Alpaesia remembers every potential client, buyer or seller: what they said, what they're looking for, and when they asked to be called back. It follows up on its own by call or SMS, consent-gated and inside calling windows, so no lead goes cold. If a buyer or seller misses a scheduled viewing, visit, or call, Alpaesia notices and reaches out by itself to reschedule, under those same rules.

Illustrative queue. Names are examples, not customers.

Voice agents

Custom voice agents that work with your team.

Built for real estate, and built to hand the conversation to a person. They follow a script you control, in a voice you choose. Your sales team can open the call, step in to close, or leave it with the agent. They are never locked out.

Your script, your voice
You decide the questions and the order. English, Hindi, and Urdu today. An edit applies from the next call, with no redeploy.
Warm handoff
A person opens on the browser softphone, clicks Transfer to AI, and the caller stays on the line. The agent already has what was said and what's on the deal.
Take over, hand back
Someone on your team joins from the browser, the agent goes quiet, and the call can return to the agent mid-conversation.
Human or AI, per call
Assign the call to your sales team or to an AI agent. Change that choice per stage, or hand the conversation across while it is still live.

Illustrative call. Not a real client. The same view is where someone on your team listens in or takes over.

Live supervision

You're never locked out of the room.

Watch any call as it happens, word by word. Set rules that ring your phone when a buyer or seller names a price, sounds ready to commit, or starts to get frustrated. Take over in one click: the agent goes quiet and you're on the line. Hand the call back when you're done.

Live transcript
Every call streams to your screen as it's spoken, including the stretch where a person has taken over.
Real-time rules
Triggers ring the right person when a buyer or seller names a price, sounds ready to commit, gets frustrated, or asks for a person. You choose the triggers.
Take over, hand back
Join from the browser softphone, which mutes the agent, then return the call mid-conversation.
Escalation
If the deal's owner doesn't answer within 60 seconds, admins are rung next.

Call intelligence

After the call, the whole picture.

Nobody has to listen back to know what happened. Each call closes with a plain-language summary, the facts a rep needs, and scores the team can sort by. All of it can sync to the Salesforce opportunity.

  • Summary and full transcript, including any stretch where a human took over
  • What they said and what they're looking for: buyer or seller, the property, the timeline, and the next step
  • Lead temperature, hot, warm, or cold, and a 0–5 score
  • The callback they asked for, any "don't call me" request, and the recording on the deal
  • Follow-up state on the deal: running or paused, and a missed viewing, visit, or call marked to reschedule

Illustrative call file. Not a real client.

Compliance and control

Built for regulated dialing.

One pre-dial gate sits in front of every call and every text, including follow-up and a no-show reschedule. If consent is missing, the number is on your do-not-call list, it's outside the local calling window, or the attempt limit is spent, the call doesn't happen.

Consent and your do-not-call list
Checked before every dial and every text. A "don't call me" on the call is detected and enforced.
Their calling window
Enforced where the person you're calling lives, not where your team sits.
Role-based access
Admins see every deal. Reps see their own. Ownership follows the CRM, both ways.
Recorded and attributable
Every call, transfer, and take-over is logged.

Alpaesia provides the controls. Your team remains responsible for its own TCPA and state-law compliance.

Questions

Asked often, answered plainly.

Is Alpaesia only a calling product?

No. It is the system the deal runs in: a pipeline your team defines, property inventory, customer support, automatic follow-up, and voice agents. Voice is one part of that. Follow-up includes reaching back when someone misses a viewing, a visit, or a call.

Will buyers and sellers know they're talking to an AI?

You control the script, including how the agent introduces itself. We recommend clear disclosure, and some states require it. The agents are built to be good at the conversation, not to hide what they are.

Who handles a call?

Your sales team or an AI agent, and you choose per stage and per call. A person can open and hand the conversation to the agent on the same line, or take it back. You also set when a call should transfer, for example when someone is ready to commit, sounds frustrated, or names a price.

What happens when someone asks for a person?

The agent can transfer the call live to someone on your team, ring the deal's owner, or book a callback. You can also step into any call yourself from the live view, then hand it back.

Does follow-up run by itself?

Yes. Alpaesia keeps what a buyer or seller said, what they're looking for, and when they asked to be called back, then follows up by call or SMS. If they miss a scheduled viewing, visit, or call, it reaches out to reschedule. Every one of those touches still needs consent and has to fall inside the calling window. You can pause or resume it for a single client.

Does it sound natural?

Agents use natural voices, take turns the way people do, and handle being interrupted. They work in English, Hindi, and Urdu today. The best test is your own ears: ask for a demo call when you request access.

Which CRMs do you work with?

Salesforce today, with two-way sync and field mapping configured for your org. Leads can also arrive by web form, webhook, or CSV. If you run something else, tell us when you request access.

Can we keep our phone numbers?

Yes. Connect your own Twilio numbers and agents call and answer on them, so people see a number they recognize and callbacks route to the right person.

How do you handle TCPA and do-not-call?

Every call and text passes a pre-dial check: consent on file, your do-not-call list, local calling hours where the person lives, and attempt limits. That includes automatic follow-up and a no-show reschedule. Alpaesia gives you the controls and the audit trail. Your compliance policy remains yours.

How do we get access?

Request an invitation above, or book a 20-minute walkthrough. We review each team, then set up the pipeline, script, voices, numbers, and CRM mapping together before the first call goes out.
